Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item, and we want to make that process as easy as possible. Please read our return policy below: 


-A valid receipt is required for all returns or exchanges.-You have 5 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return.-All returned items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition with all original tags and packaging intact.-We offer in-store credit only for all returns.Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

-Gift cards-Bodysuits & Footwear-Sale or clearance items

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@shoptherak.ca to obtain your authorization. After you receive authorization you can return your shipment. Please ship or drop off to our pick up location 10462 82nd Ave, Edmonton. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and issue your in-store credit.
