Consignment Program: HOW TO CONSIGN WITH US
MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT - thank you :)
QUICK POINTS YOU NEED TO KNOW:
- your items are on the sales floor for 3 months (your items could actually be with us for 4-5 months)
- Sherwood Park only
- you receive an etransfer on the first of each month (no cash payout)
- no consignor portal
- we run on trust! we cannot respond to each and every account inquiry
- 60/40 split - the consignor receives 40% of the sale (if you do not get an etransfer, it means nothing sold that month)
- you can spend credit in-store
- ALL CONSIGNORS MUST BOOK AN APPOINTMENT
- appointments will be released every few weeks. Keep checking back if you do not see a slot.
- items MUST be clean and in bins or bags for your drop off - no hangers please
- we have the right to reject any items, this is NOT personal this is just business, if we feel the item won't sell we cannot take it - even if it's amazing, we pick for our shoppers

We love helping your pre-loved pieces find a new home, but we have to be selective. That doesn’t mean we think your items aren’t great, we’re simply known for our curated collection of items, that we know will sell. No judgement, just business!
Step 1: Book an appointment. ALL NEW consignors & returning consignors.
📅All appointment times are available on a first-come, first-served basis and will be released every few weeks. Everyone is required to book an appointment. This system helps keep our intake process smooth, organized, and fair for everyone.
With the overwhelming support and growth we’ve experienced, implementing this process ensures we can continue to serve our consignors efficiently while giving each intake the attention it deserves.
Appointment window - When you book, you’re snagging an appointment window. To keep things smooth, please arrive no later than 20 minutes before your slot ends, that way our team has enough time to go through your bin properly (and not feel like they’re on a game show countdown timer ⏱️). If you do arrive later than that, you will be turned away as the next appointment follows.
Appointments usually take about 20–30 minutes. At this time, we can’t accept walk-ins unless you choose to donate (we love ya, but chaos isn’t cute). And there is no waitlist.
Step 2: What We Are Looking For & Quality Check
What We’re Looking For ✅
Think current, cool, and on-trend. We love pieces that make you feel like “ugh, why don’t I ever reach for this?” but are still stylish, modern, and in great condition. Think items you would find at boutiques.
We typically accept items no older than 2–5 years, and while we’re not strictly brand-obsessed, our top selling favourites are Lululemon, Aritzia, Levi’s, Free People, Anthropologie, and other boutique gems.
🚫What we don’t take? Super luxury(Prada, LV, etc), overly formal wear, and, lovingly said the “grandma closet” look. It’s hard to put an age on our demographic (style isn’t about age anyway), but if it screams “early bird special,” it’s probably not the right fit. Also if it screams clearance rack/Winners, Old Navy, SHEIN, H&M, Joe, George, warehouse one, Nygard, etc. it’s MAY not make the cut. Other brands may be rejected too. All subject to our criteria and demand needs.
Quality Check
We accept clean, excellent-condition items that are current (within the last 2-3 years, 5 year MAX). To maintain quality, we do not accept:
🚫 Items with stains, pilling, damage, or excessive wear
🚫 Footwear that is overly worn or dirty (we prefer next to new)
🚫 Undergarment's
🚫 Pet hair, strong scents (perfume/smoke)
At the end of the day, our inventory team has the final say! We’ll also share a seasonal vision board so you know exactly what vibes we’re curating.
Be sure to bring your items in a bag or bin! No hangers, please.

Step 3: Fair Pricing & Commission
We price items based on brand, condition, fair market value and demand to get you the best return but also priced to move.
💰60/40 Split, 40% of the sale will be accumulated for you on your account when a sale happens.
📅 Payouts are processed on the 1st of each month via E-transfer.
You may use store credit in-store at anytime! Ask what is on your account when you are in the store.
Step 4: Consignment Period & Pick-Up Policy (Returning items at the end only)
🔹 Items stay on the sales floor for 3 months (may have them for a total of 4 months, once researched, uploaded, steamed etc.)
🔹 If an item hasn’t sold after 2 months, we will adjust the price
🔹 At the end of the term, you’ll receive a text to pick up any unsold items (if you chose this option) Trust the process. Wait for the text as we do not have capacity for constant consignor communication or portals to check in. Be sure we have a very advanced system, and everything is tracked to your profile.
🔹 You have 1 week to pick up—after that, we will donate on your behalf
🔹We likely have your items longer than the three months as that is the selling timeline. By the time we upload, research, steam and have the item looking its best - makes the timeline longer. Expect us to have the items for at least 4 months.
🔹 If you choose to donate right at the start of your consignment period, there is not much communication. Just trust the process and make money. This is for donation items ONLY. We highly recommend the donate route, less fuss for you, more love for our local charities, and honestly… it’s a win-win!💕
Due to our limited space, we must move inventory quickly. Please be mindful of the timeline!
Key Points to Remember
✅ We reserve the right to decline items that don’t meet our standards
✅ We cannot accept drop-offs outside of appointment days
✅ Once consigned, items stay for the full 3-month term ON THE SALES FLOOR.
