Step 1: Get in Touch

Embark on your consignment journey by reaching out to us via email at info.therak@gmail.com. Simply provide your name, phone number, and a brief description of the items you wish to consign. Our dedicated team will promptly review your submission and guide you through the next steps.

Step 2: Quality Check

At The R.A.K., quality is paramount. We accept items that are in excellent condition and in season. Each submission undergoes a meticulous review process to ensure it meets our standards for resale.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that are damaged, stained, faded, or show excessive signs of wear and tear.

Step 3: Fair Pricing and Commission

Our consignment model is built on fairness and transparency. We price items competitively based on factors such as brand, condition, and style to maximize their selling potential. As a consignor, you'll receive 40% of the sale price for each item sold. Payouts are processed on the first of each month, ensuring you receive timely compensation for your contributions.

Step 4: Consignment Period and Options

Items accepted for consignment are typically held for a period of 3 months. If an item hasn't sold within 2 months, we may adjust the price to enhance its appeal to potential buyers. Additionally, we reserve the right to extend the consignment period if necessary. At the end of the term, you have the option to reclaim unsold items or authorize us to donate them to a local charity on your behalf. Please note that unclaimed items must be collected within 2 weeks of the consignment period's conclusion, or they will be automatically donated.

To maintain the quality and integrity of our inventory, we adhere to certain guidelines regarding acceptable items for consignment. We do not accept items from certain brands or those that exhibit signs of wear beyond our standards. Please review our list of accepted brands and quality standards carefully to ensure a smooth consignment process.
