Introducing Our New Pick-Up Service!

We know that making a trip to Whyte Ave isn’t always easy—whether it’s finding parking, hauling bins up the stairs, or just making the time. So, we’re making consignment more convenient than ever!

For $25, we’ll come to you! That’s right—our team will pick up 1-2 bags of clothing right from your doorstep.

A Few Important Details:

✔ This service is for DONATE consignors only. We are unable to hold givebacks for three months, so any unaccepted items will be donated immediately.
✔ Pick-ups happen every Wednesday between 8 AM – 11:30 AM. Limited spots available, so it’s first come, first served! Items must be outside ready for pick up by 8am!

✔ Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email with our consignment contract. This must be printed and signed and placed in your bag OR emailed back with all information filled out before pick-up.
✔ Once your order is placed, we’ll reach out to confirm your pick-up date.
✔ Please review our "How to Consign With Us" guidelines before booking—items must be clean and meet our consignment standards.
✔ Pickup doesn’t guarantee items will make it to the sales floor. After sorting, we’ll email you with the final count of accepted pieces.
